So adorable! Congrats! Hope everything with the delivery went well! :)

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all feeling good. I had to leave work on Friday with what my ob/gyn thinks is a pregnancy induced migraine. I had never had a migraine before and I thought my head was going to explode, it was truly awful. I really hope it's a fluke but my ob/gyn said that women do develop them in their second trimester and that they usually go away after the baby is born. Let's hope it was just a fluke.

I'm having a really hard time with being at work. My job is stressful and I work with some very dramatic people that are pot stirrers and I'm just having a hard time keepign calm and being able to enjoy my pregnancy. Add to that drama with the boot cast I have been since August 4th and I feel like I have too much going on to actually appreciate being pregnant. This makes me sad because my husband and I tried for three years to get pregnant and who knows if we will be able to have another baby after this, I just want to enjoy this time and I feel like with all the outside factors I haven't been able too.

Does anyone else feel like this or am I just being whiney?

DH and I planned for Casey (the other 2 were HUGE surprises) and I was SOOO sick throughout hte who pregnancy (headaches, hyperemesis, heart and kidney issues) that I really didn't enjoy it until the end....so no, you are not being whiney. Sorry works sucks...I was working hours I hated that stressed me out the begining of my pregnancy, I was able to switch to weekends and it made all the difference for me (hubby's not so happy as he has to deal with all 3 kids on the weekend alone!!!)

Hopefully things will improve and you will start to feel better!!!

Megs and Lillygator.....COngrats on your babies!!!!

Migraines are horrible. Don't be hard on yourself. Love and cherish yourself right now. Your doing a great job

We had our Level II ultrasound today for our baby's choroid plexus cysts. Everything looked great! :thumbsup2 He still has two cysts but one is significantly smaller- almost not even there anymore. The other "larger" one is also very small. The perinatologist said that we have nothing to worry about, and reiterated that choroid plexus cysts CAN be indicators of chromosomal abnormalities, but that we would see multiple other indicators and not just the cysts. Everything about our baby looked healthy and measured correctly. He also said that when babies that have chromosomal abnormalities have these cysts they are usually very large. Given the fact that they are so small and already shrunk in size from 2 weeks ago he said we are looking great, and I won't need a follow up Level II like my OB thought I would! :woohoo:
We also got some great pictures of our little guy and really got to see him moving and kicking in there! :cloud9:

Wonderful news! I'm so glad to hear he's doing so well. Isn't it wild to see them moving all around and yet not feel it much if at all?

I think the work stress is bringing me down the most right now. I'm actually starting to feel better with the morning sickness. I actually feel human again in the mornings and not like a sick blob.

Thank you. :goodvibes

LOVE this photo!

Hope everyone is doing well!

We went for our 8 week u/s today and saw the little pinto bean and it's heart beat. I never knew they beat so fast! 165! That is crazy to me!!

I feel like I can finally relax a tiny bit. Up until I saw that fluttery heartbeat, I was so nervous, I had a friend m/c at this time, and my other friend is looking at some problems too. My nerves have been shot this whole week.

We stopped and got a picture frame for the little pictures they gave us, no matter how dorky it is to frame the picture of the blob. :)

If I can rest enough the next couple days, we might head to the MK for a halloween party-we've never been and have heard the fireworks and parade are pretty cool.

Wonderful news!!! My baby's heartbeat was the exact same at my 8 week ultrasound. How funny!

I feel you on the boot cast! I've been in one for almost 7 weeks now. :headache: I have two fractures in my left foot, I'm actually going for a second opinion tomorrow with a new doctor hoping that they will send me to physical therapy so I can't get this injury healed!

Hope you got it all worked out. Mine is much better. I actually don't even wear the boot anymore even though my appt isn't until Friday.

I understand about feeling anxious. We actually had a m/c in our 6th week and found out at our 8th week u/s. I was so nervous the 2nd time around. But it all worked out well. And here I am, still preggo at 40 weeks! :) Our baby's HB was 164 at the 1st u/s and 163 at the 2nd. :)

Hi, ladies!! Back again after being slightly MIA. Well throw out all that early progression stuff...I am still pregnant at 40 weeks. Today is AJ's due date but I don't know that he is anywhere near ready to come! I didn;t progress really any from 37 weeks to 39w5d! So I am just riding it out right now. Doc will not let me go past 41 weeks so I am scheduled for an induction on the 13th but hoping to go on my own before that. We'll see. Not much to report...just chugging along. :)

Hope all is well for everyone!

You are lucky. I'm still in the freaking boot and tomorrow is TEN weeks. I started physical therapy and I can start wearing my sneaker for short periods of time but not to work yet. Turns out I have three fractures. It's crazy, I can barely move my foot at all out of my boot, I think I have a long road ahead.

Come on, AJ!

Your story does not give me hope. I was 2cm dilated at 36w1 and I hope there is progress at my appointment on Friday. I'm full term (37 weeks) tomorrow and I'm ready for DD to come. I just feel like I can control so much more on the outside than I can on the inside.
