Like I said in one of my earlier post. What's gonna work? "Team Work" I don't think lurkers should feel bad, that's how I started and everyone must start somewhere. I will say quit lurking and Come out Come out Wherever You Are!!

Welcome to our party The6ofus!!! I'm glad you came out of lurking also. Have you had your interview yet?

I just finished mine. Well ok, I finished an hour ago but it took me a while to recover sufficiently for typing. I'm so excited!!! As pps said they were all very nice which came as no surprise. I don't think I've ever met a Disney CM who wasn't nice, which is really remarkable in the service industry - but I digress. I spoke with 5 CMs and they were very happy, very nice, very fun - just as I would be if I had their job! Wouldn't it be FUN to do that?

They asked some questions and then asked if I had questions for them. I was also told that the final background check would take 3-4 weeks, so if you were appointed to thepanel but then something came up in that check, you could still be removed. I meant to ask what would happen in that scenario - would they be replaced with a runner up? - but I forgot, so maybe someone who hasn't had their call yet could ask that. They said they would call everyone late in the day next Wednesday with the results. One lady said that they were hoping to reach everyone by phone but if not then they'd send an email. I assured her I would be by the phone!

So I guess that's that, and it's out of my hands at this point. What a LONG 8 days this will be!

Julie, I stopped working on the round two list when most everyone gave either a yes or no to round 3. There were a few people from the round two list who never came back and said if they were in round 3 or not. I finally just dropped them off the list.

I could go back and look for the last round two list. It is times like this when I really miss the Search on this board!

Yes, I was interviewed early yesterday, so I got it over quickly. I've been part of online communities for so long that having a phone interview was more difficult for me, but I made it through it and am now in a holding pattern, waiting for the next verdict.

Trying now to multitask with surfing and supervising DD's piano practice.

Having a phone interview was really tough for me too. I correspond a lot by email and have done tons of writing in many capacities, and I usually interview well in person, but I've never been great on the phone. Oh well.

For those keeping the lurker list -- I'm not on it. Also, for those that asked, I'd be happy to PM, but am having difficulty getting my computer to cooperate.

It sounds like all of your phone interviews are going well. So did they tell you what happens if you make onto the panel, like what happens next? I would guess setting up travel arrangements. It's too bad my trip doesn't overlap the training so I could say Hi to those of you who move on, but I don't get there until the 14th in the evening.
I can't wait to see how many of you make the panel!
Oh and Happy Halloween (because I'll prolly be to busy to stop and say so tomorrow )
