So much sadness for those who didn't make it I don't understand how they made their decisions. Everyone was so deserving.

They're putting us at Coronado Springs, all meals included. I think they'll all be working meals. There was this part about photo and video people following us around. Veeeery scary. So much fun.

THANK YOU to all who had kind words. I have to go out to my book group now. Will check back in and give more details later tonite.

Hi, I just returned from my Wednesday date night with my dh or I would've posted sooner. I didn't make it, and I was relieved and disappointed at the same time. Relieved because I have a large group trip planned during the training dates and it would've been difficult to change the dates, and would've affected many families. But disappointed because I was looking forward staying in what I thought would be a deluxe resort (but I guess it's not going to be since I read in a previous post it was Coronado). I think it will be a wonderful experience for those final 12, though, and look forward to hearing how everything goes. Keep us updated, folks!

Diane and the6ofus, I give to both of you. Like I said you should be PROUD!!! I know you are releaved that this is all over and now you will go through the second guessing stage just like the rest of us. This will too pass. We are a bunch of kick butt Disney fans who have bonded all in the name of a contest. You will feel sad for a few days, and then you will start planning your next trip because you are pumped up. What an experience just think of all the memories we have made. Like I said just think they will call you before they call me, then you guys can put in a good word for me Take care and sleep well.

You ladies are so sweet! Thank you so much for the hugs. Like I said before, I was disappointed, but relieved, and even more so now because I wouldn't have been able to handle a camera crew following me around. I'm just too shy for that. I would've had to turn it down.

I think everything happens for a reason, and I had several good reasons for this not to work out. The Mom's Panel folks knew what they were doing, with me at least! I'm much more a behind-the-scenes person -- planning, organizing, hand-holding, working out the details to support the people in the limelight. I thrive that way, but I can't be in the limelight. A photo shoot is one thing; a camera crew, another entirely! The others are much braver than I am! (Am I weird, or are there others like me out there?) :::blushing::::

i made it too..wow.....everyone here has amazing experience...and passion...i feel so honored to be able to be a part of this forum...i'm still reeling from the call...i went for a long run...to try to wrap my arms around it...suddenly, what i thought was merely a wish...came true..and that was not familiar to me...i'm so excited...scared...nervous..and a bundle of nerves...

I just got home from my sons soccer game. I missed all of the excitement! But WOW!!!!! How wonderful! I am so happy for you. You know, when I wasn't selected for round three I was bummed. But it's funny how life works. Yesterday, I got a call....my 10 year old son was selected as a model to head up an ad campaign for a large company/store. It shoots through Dec 12th. It's huge!
So, it makes you really put things in perspective...you never know what is around the corner! Everything happens for a reason! While you might think things are looking down...it might be for a reason!
