I was wondering the same thing! I read this discussion a lot but do not post much. I was also wondering of those that have received response have any of them actually been sent today (Thursday) or were they all sent yesterday and just read today. I have also not heard.

I got my letter last night.....REJECTED!!!! Mine came from Disney Destinations and it was the same one that someone else posted.

While I appreciate a response even though they said they wouldn't, I wish it wasn't canned.

Yes, I know...bitter, party of 1.

Oh well...their loss. They are losing out on all of the terrific moms on this board.

Has any one else heard the GOOD news?

In reference to the shirt design, you print the design on special paper and then iron it on to a T shirt and you have your own shirt. There are directions on how to this in the posts. It is fairly easy to do. For past trips, I have made shirts and sweatshirts and they came out great.

Well, I've been waiting to post for quite a while here - but I got my acceptance letter yesterday, too. It came with a nifty pink certificate! Don't flame me ladies!

I just noticed that most of the Disers who have made it so far, don't have many posts. I wonder then what the attraction was to applying for an online Disney community when many of the 2nd rounders listed don't post much on here? Perhaps it was being an official Disney employee?

I think there is a mix of ones with many posts, and ones with fewer posts. But keep in mind that DIS isn't the only Disney forum on the internet. Someone may have lots of posts on TGM or other boards, but relatively few here.

I also don't think the winners become Disney employees. I think this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.

True, as I visit other forums, but don't necessarily post much - good point. I just figured as the Internet's biggest online Disney community, people who love Disney as much would have more posts on this board. Not trying to be picky or anything, just something I noticed and found interesting.

I'm still waiting to hear - I haven't received an e-mail yet but to answer this, I don't have many posts here but I belong to another board too and have over 2600 posts there. No offense to anyone here, but I just clicked with the members of the other board and they're like an extended family to me. I've even met a few of them in person and we're planning another WDW vacation next year with one of them. There are some great people here, but it's just a matter of where I feel I fit in better.
