That sucks about the debit card -- did you ever figure out why it wasn't going through???

My mother-in-law said that the bank puts an automatic limit on all debit card usage of $200/day UNLESS you call and ask them to raise it!! I guess for fraud/theft security! HOW STUPID is that!!! I didn't even know that existed!! You would think they would have at least divulged that info to their account holders! So regardless of how much you have in the account--and trust me we had plenty more than that--they won't allow it to go through!! I told her that doesn't make any sense to do that--what an inconvenience to customers!! I have had grocery trips that have gone well over $200 before!! That is why THESE accounts are NOT our primary ones!!! AND that is why they are being closed!!
What a mixed blessing about the bathing suit -- on one side, it didn't fit, right, but on the other side, it meant you had a lost sooo much weight!

It was really funny--I almost wish we could have videoed it--it would have been an AFV winner for sure--just would have needed a little censoring!!

Don't you just love sitting by the pool on your first day with a drink? Sigh!

That is truly one of my favorite things to do!!! I wish I was there right now!! Let's go Jackie!

Yeay for Tom's excitement about his refillable mug! I use ours to take coffee to school during the year!

He looked just like a little kid when I gave it to him!! AAWWW!!

Dinner sounds wonderful and your pics of your view are gorgeous!

Dinner was SO good--so worth the trip over to SSR!!!

Disney wildlife!!! My kids never stopped being amazed at all the frogs, lizards, and rabbits we saw at POFQ!

I was so afraid I was going to accidentally step on something from that point on--the little frogs and lizards are so small!!

Love the new post!!! I can't believe Megan slept through the entire dinner!!! Poor baby was still worn out from the pool, I guess. Love the "jumping leaf" story, too - I'll bet the look on your face was priceless. I can't wait to hear about your AK day!

The bank I work for has a policy like that with their debit cards as well, though the limit is $500. They actually tell people they should use credit cards for purchases, it annoys me to no end!! It's because the bank is responsible for charges and they don't want to have to pay all that money, but it's very inconvenient. It's also a policy they don't advertise when you sign up for an account so you get a lot of angry customers. Good thing you had a backup!

She was one pooped out puppy!!! Didn't have any recollections of the evening, and asked what happened to the boat!!! My dad and I had a great laugh about the "leaf!" I wish I could have had THAT on video!! The AK day is coming soon--stay tuned!

Thanks also for finding us!! WELCOME ABOARD to you and your little angel on the way as well!! Take care of yourself these last few months--you'll need all the extra rest and energy you can get!! Megan has asked everyday, several times a day when we get to go back. I just keep telling her to "ask daddy!" I'm sure she will wear him down before I will!!

Those accounts are not the ones we use on a daily basis--we usually use the ones from Tom's work's credit union--never have any problems there! We thought we should just use the other ones this time so that the only things going through on that account would be from Disney--BIG MISTAKE obviously!! Needless to say, we will be closing them out REAL SOON!!!

She was too funny to watch sleep through dinner! The OKW pool was really nice--the whole resort was IMO! If you ever do want to stay there, I would recommend renting points from a DVC'er--it is much less expensive and very easy to do! Let me know if you ever have questions about that!

OKW was REALLY nice!! I know some have complained in the past about it being "shabby" but we were pleasantly pleased! We had a little trouble with the buses, but usually only leaving from the hotel--more on that in the future!

The camera saga has enough drama to it to be a PBS miniseries!!! More to come on that in the future too!! STAY TUNED!

Lesley--Thanks for coming along for the ride!! It does get SO much better!! Just wait! We had some frustrating moments and bumps along the way on the first couple of days, but it got so much better after that that I really shouldn't complain! I am enjoying your TR SO much too--as always!! I thought it would be better to post that here to cut back on the ever-growing thread you already have going!! Hey Gang!! I just wanted to let you all know that there will unfortunately not be an update today--so sorry!!! Tom leaves tomorrow for a week in Miami, FL for work, so we have been not only busy getting him packed and ready to go (can't believe I'm packing again already!!) and trying to soak up some time with him before he is gone for a week. Too funny about the bathing suit!! But woo hoo it fit you big. That's great girl! You've actually given me inspiration to lose more weight. I lost a ton last year but still need another 30 lbs or so. I've been thinking of maybe joining Weight Watchers.

Glad Megan had a blast at the pool. Too bad she slept thru the whole dinner...which sounds great btw. She must've woken up famished!!

Jen, Thanks for bring us along on your trip. We will get our "Welcome Home" in a little more than a month. I feel like you with my OCD. There will be 14 of us going down. My DH and I are taking my DS (18) and 6 of his friends for their HS graduation, and my DD (21) and BF in a GV and our oldest DS(30) and two of his friends have a one bedroom. I ordered from Disney World Merchandise Mickey Mouse graduation hats for all the graduation boys. I can't wait to make them wear them!

Your daughter is beautiful with her big blue eyes and long lashes. Waiting patiently for more.....................

How funny that you live in Miami and that is where Tom is heading!! SMALL WORLD INDEED!!! He is staying at an Extended Stay Suites place--we are REALLY going to miss him!!! We were going to try to go with him, but it wasn't going to work out with his work--we could have had a DISmeet had we been able to go!! The bathing suit incident was too funny!! It is a shame because I really LOVE the suit!! I am going to try fixing it someway with my handy needle and thread! She didn't act too hungry, but she eats like a bird, so we weren't shocked! Good luck on your weight loss too!! I have lots more to go too, but am excited about getting it done this time!
