where do i buy the moleskin everyone recommends taking to wdw for blisters? also, there are lots of different kinds--dr. scholl's with padding, blister packs, etc. please tell me what really works and where to buy it! thanks.

I have always had good luck with the Dr Scholls (with or with out pading) I get it at any drug store in the foot care isle, just make sure you bring a small pare of scizors with you to cut it to fit where you need it. i have had no luck with the band-aid blister blocker bubble thingies, I sweated them off. I have had better luck with duct tape (when you feel a hot spot starting, stick duct tape on it, it keeps everything from rubbing on it)

I have had trouble finding moleskin so far, but I'll check at Walgreens, our local drug store. Hopefully, they'll have it. DW bought a "blister kit" but I'm not sure that's what we need.

Wal Mart has it. It's across the aisle from the Dr. Scholls stuff in ours. It's with the corn and callous stuff.

There are two types of moleskin that I've used and like. The first is a thin moleskin, and I usually put it on my toes if I wear tennis shoes. The other is much thicker and I usually put that kind on my heels with tennis shoes. I looooove it! HTH!!!

I tried moleskin that last time I was at Disney and I found it to be a complete waste of time and effort. The weather was so humid that the glue was unsticky almost as soon as I walked out the door. I didn't have much better luck with bandaids, but they were marginally better.

Next time I'm looking for those liquid bandaids. NuSkin?? And I'm also taking Body Glide and a gazillion other things to try to avoid blisters.
