Mojito Monkey Mama's 2 cont'd

I've wondered where you both had been. Keliblue, I don't think I've seen you on the posts in a long, long time. The other person I remember from last year and haven't seen is MsLadybug (or something like that). She was nice enough to stick one of her cards in my door last September at Pop. Do either of you speak to her?

I'm still around ! Heading to Disney in a few weeks and in Sept.

Nowhere near West Virginia. We're right on the South Eastern coast or Virginia. I work in Virginia Beach, so I'm only a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean each day. I live on the peninsula, so it takes only minutes to get from my house to the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay.

I need to stop assuming because I am really making and a#$ out of myself. I only heard from my DH that a tornado hit that area and all I heard was Virginia. God only knows where I pulled the West out of.

It sounds like you live in a very pretty area. I have only been to the Atlantic ocean in Florida and several times in the North East and it is very beautiful. I'm just glad your ok.

Shawn's grandmother and one of his Aunt's live somewhere around Richmond....I've left a few messages for his grandmother to call us, but I haven't heard from her yet! Satan doesn't seem to be overly concerned about the welfare of her mother and sil. As of this morning, she hadn't even placed a phone call!

My Dad called me last night at 11:15 my time (EDT). Of course, I missed the call being in bed, but DH brought me the phone. I wondered out loud what he likely wanted & DH said, "I'm guessing he was just watching the news, ya big dummy. Call your Dad." So, I had to call Dad, my sister & two friends in the Central Time Zone or risk their wrath when THEY watched the news. My phone rang several times this morning with people checking on me.

it's beautiful here but I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico where the water is warm all year round, clear blue-green and the sand is white. Beaches up here are nice, but there is nothing in the world like a Florida Gulf Beach. In fact we picnicked at the beach with our daughter on Saturday. The sun was glorious but the water was WICKED cold......

If Nancy wants Mojito Mama's then I say give her Mojito Mama's. That's also what we should name our GG then.

I was just suggesting that since no one else came up with any suggestions I just thot it was a cute play on the Monkey part of the mojito monkey mama name and would give a fresh start from last year, be generic enuf that if we do T-shirts they could be worn later (say to your kid's school function... ) and be kid friendly (non alcoholic). Plus everyone could reuse all the monkey stuff from last year...

I have no ideas for t-shirts for that name.

Sigh... all that is true. You know I don't really mind either way. You guys pick a theme & tell me what you all want to do. I'll be there & help do whatever ahead of time.

Well we could keep the name for the GG but have the Monkey Mama's for the T-Shirts and for the Kid's shirts when were done we could add Kiddo's ??? Okay I got nothing here too

I am trying to come up with something that will be similar but not too so and everyone can be comfortable with.(age, gender, personal) You definatley want to stay away from using the board's name with all the weird stuff going on around here (copywrite thing)

Give me the suggestions and I will put up a poll.

How does that sound to everyone??? I know its kind of corny but for the kids I think it would be great along with our Mojito Mama's
