Janjandis, I was going through some Disney pics and found one of you and I watching a parade. I was confused as I did not remember us watching a parade together. I thought my mind had gone a wandering again and then I remembered that Janet2K looks just like YOU!!! I have not read about anyone posting about a Free Dining Bounceback this year. I figure many did as I did and planned their return this year on when their AP's ran out. I actually will need to use one or two of my stack of one day passes as mine runs out a bit early. The price of partying with the Wild Bunch.

Keli, I turned in a one day pass last time toward an AP. I did it outside MK at the guest service counter. Since it was a one day pass bought to qualify for the package that particular year I assume I got the full value. Do I need to upgrade for Lucy at the MK ticket window or will it matter since she wants a ten day pass? In the future when I turn in a one day ticket toward an AP exactly what do I do to get the most bang for my buck? Type slowly please? My mind tends to fade sometimes.

MV, I hope I get around to doing a shirt. I have an orange shirt and may just print off the monkey and pin it on. I am not crafty. The only thing I know how to make is money. NOT on a printer!!!

The only way to get current value for the 1 day pass is to use it first.. I am using a 1 day pass that I paid $62 dollars for 3 years ago . if I go to guest services without swiping the pass, it is worth $62 towards the upgrade. If I use it to get into the park first., It will be worth $74 dollars (current price of a one day ticket) towards the purchase of the upgrade.... was that slow enough Miss Linda

I got them a few days ago and realized today that they have YES, NO MAYBE in raised letters on the cookies. Who in the H E double hockeysticks reads a cookie before eating it?

I heard from ANGWILL. She was sitting poolside watching her son swim and then going to go have dinner at the food court at POP. (tonite was buttermilk fried chicken nite...YUM) It's not horribly crowded and not horribly hot.

Kellie, you explained that very nicely. Thank you. My only question was that I had always heard that you had to have at least one day left on a ticket to be able to upgrade. I think I understand now. You trade in the cheaper ticket to get in and then upgrade as they will have no way to know how much you paid for the original ticket. DIS folks are smart folks!

MV, my shirt will not be the hit of the party for sure. Just not me. Used to be, but no longer. Second choice? I forgot what I said. My cookies used to talk to me "Eat me!, eat me!"

I have stuff to lug to the garage today, am working on some Disney dvd's to bring for my friends as well as a few other small things. A picture to hang etc. Nothing exciting. I do not think I could handle it any old way.

We had a fabulous time! Wow, it was great. Dinner at Kincaid's was fabulous. I told them when I made the reservations that we were celebrating our 10th anniversary and asked if that time was early enough to get us to the show. Of course, Chrysler Hall is only a block away, so there was no problem there. Apparently, they made notations on our reservation about both events. Our waitress mentioned them and the manager dropped by with good wishes. I ordered asiago crusted mahi-mahi (with a sauce I can't remember) served on mashed potatoes with some steamed veggies. Kevin ordered a filet mignon served over mashed potatoes with onion straws on the top and the tiniest little silver gravy boat on the side. Mine was good, but Kevin's cooked to a perfect medium rare melted in your mouth. The potaoes were the lightest, fluffiest, creamist I've ever tasted in my life. Ouer dessert, burnt cream. I've always called it creme brulee but it was most excellent. We were given our dessert for free which I realize compared to the cost of the meal isn't much, but we appreciated the gesture.

We left dinner & walked down the block to see Lewis Black. It wasn't too terribly hot so we just took our time, held hands & talked. The show was fabulous except for this young couple behind us that were incredibly drunk. They laughed when the rest of the crowd didn't, yelled "WOOOO!" everytime he said something they really agreed with and kept a running "exchange" with Lewis on certain comments.... as if 1) he could hear them and 2) as if he would have cared anyway. Anytime someone asked them to be quiet or keep it down, he responded with the full words to "F U, b!tches!" Eventually an usher came and spoke to them. It didn't stop him, but it did slow them down a bit. Ugh.... either way, we didn't let it ruin our show. It was a great show, even though I did like the "Red, White & Screwed" show better than this one. Last night's show had much, much less political commentary in it. The opening comedian (Jim McCue) was a total riot & half of his act was improv. He'd ask people on the front couple of rows their names & occupations... then joke or talk about it for a few minutes. It was really great stuff.

I got a lot of I love yous & even a few what he loved or why throughout the evening. He thanked me for planning such a great evening for us. It was really great. When we got home later, paid the sitter & got her out of the house, things got better, but that's not really for your ears & eyes.
