Hi, have you tried to use the password recovery process at disney.go.com?

Even if you know your password, perhaps there is a problem with the account, you could try to reset it by choosing the "forgot your password" option towards the bottom. Here is the link and good luck!

ty but the problim is i dont remember the email or birth date i used it just upsets me because this account has alot of rare on it

Make sure you don't have the CAPS LOCK button on.

ok lol i know that my username is all in CAPS and i know my password but it says it does not work i have tried all the combos i can think of but none of them work and i dont rmemeber my email or birthday that i used so i was wondering if there was any thing i could do to figgure this out

If you don't remember the email you used, I honestly don't know of anything you can do.
