Hi, have you tried to use the password recovery process at disney.go.com?
Even if you know your password, perhaps there is a problem with the account, you could try to reset it by choosing the "forgot your password" option towards the bottom. Here is the link and good luck!
ok lol i know that my username is all in CAPS and i know my password but it says it does not work i have tried all the combos i can think of but none of them work and i dont rmemeber my email or birthday that i used so i was wondering if there was any thing i could do to figgure this out
