I was notified earlier today as well. It's weird because it was JUST with the fridge...makes me wonder if the door came open and it fell out and broke?? Hazard of not having a box.

I have updated the thread to exclude a coffee maker. In January a swapper kindly left behind a one-cup maker. A few weeks later another swapper wrote to thank me for the the fridge and the 12 cup coffee maker ? Sound like the great coffee maker mystery continues....

You are welcome to join our swap but please note that the fridge would not be available until October 4th. To join our swap I will need the following information (PM or email me):

First/Last name of reservation.
Resort name.
Cell phone number if available during your stay.
Email address other than DIS boards.

The fridge swapping is really quite simple. First, it's FREE. You will either swap in person with the person before/after you or you will pick-up and leave the fridge at the bell/luggage storage desk at the MOVIES resort, which is located outside the main lobby.

As your trip gets closer I will update you with the information for who you are swapping to/from.

I seriously think 1/2 of the world will be at WDW between Septebmer 15 and 30!! I have had over 40 requests for the same dates. I wish that I had 40 fridges.

We need pixie dust as the fridge is missing as of yesterday. The current swapper is doing her best to find it.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: NEVER EVER LEAVE THE FRIDGE IN YOUR ROOM AT THE END OF YOUR STAY! If you are not willing to return the fridge to the bell desk or swap it in person to the next swapper, then PLEASE do not join the swap. It is NOT Disney's responsibility to haul our fridge around. Borrow a luggage cart or some strong teenagers and return it to the BELL desk outside of the main lobby.

When a fridge is left in the room at the end of your stay mousekeeping assumes it was left behind and will take it home or discard it even if it is clearly marked with the next swappers information.
