Modifying Waitlist

If you modify your existing wait list does it move you to the bottom of the list? Originally I needed all 6 nights but I was able to book my first and last night on my own. I want to now modify my wait list for all 6 nights down to the 4 nights I don't have.

I do not think so, but you should ask MS and see what they say. FWIW, I'd still do the modification, since a shorter waitlist is more likely to come through than a longer one. Good luck!

There is no bottom of the list for that wait list.

You are on a wait list for 6 days. You don't know what number you are. You could be at the bottom.

The wait list for 4 days is a different wait list. You might be the only one waiting on those days so you would be at the top!
