Modifying Reservation at 7 months question?

Is it possible to do the following modification online?

I currently have 1 bedroom booked at BWV and wanted to switch to Grand Floridian 1 bedroom at 7 month window, if available. I would be using the points used for this reservation plus whatever additional is necessary.
