Modifying online

I have two upcoming reservations, both booked with the Disney+ discount I can not modify or cancel either one online. Is this just me or is everything having this issue?

I am having this issue and its very frustrating. I wanted to modify our room choice at CBR and the only option when you want to change/cancel is to call.
