"Modified" WISHES August 5-30

Just an FYI for anyone not aware,the "Castle projections" part of WISHES will not be done August 5-30 because of the projector refurb.

It will still be a good show,but definitely not the same.

Celebrate the Magic is a separate projection show that generally happens just before Wishes, and is what will be dark for technology upgrades

Right now the schedule shows it coming back on August 31st, and is scheduled at 8:35 on September 1st

I think what is trying to be shared is that the projections during Wishes will also not be available. There are some during the fireworks show completely separate from CTM.

You're right. I forget they project onto the castle during the actual fireworks since I rarely watch from the front anymore. I'm more used to hearing people say that CTM is actually part of Wishes. Thanks

Oh no! We'll be there 8/13-26 and CTM is one of our favorite things! I have raved to my mom about it since we saw it 3 years ago and this will likely be her last trip to WDW due to advanced age. Illuminations hasn't changed & we prefer Fantasmic in CA. We had also hoped she'd be able to see RoL but had given up on that earlier this summer. Now betting everything on the SW fireworks for night time.

Tbh, CTM has become just as special to me as Wishes, so really I do group them together, evenif I'm not supposed to. Either way, really hopingthat it is back September 1!

We will be there for part of your dates too and I am so bummed! Never seen CTM before and been looking forward to it. Oh well, another to add to the list of things we'll miss, like BTMRR, Dinosaur, and MuppetVision 3D. I know we will still have a great time regardless!

Yes,I just wanted to let anyone who didn't know not to "freak out" when there are no projections during WISHES!lol

This stinks. They didn't give much advanced warning on it.

We enjoy CTM more than Wishes, so this is a real bummer.
