Modified dates not showing in MDE for park reservations

I have a 2 night stay at the Dolphin coming up next week but I just modified my reservation dates slightly using the email link from Sheraton. The confirmation number is the same. I want to make new park reservations but the new dates aren't showing up in MDE yet. We have AP's so I guess I can just book as a day AP guest. I'm thinking I need to be patient and check back for the dates to be changed? I really don't want to have to call. I want the new dates to eventually be on there so we can get in for early entry though.

Modified dates don't always show up in MDE right away. Be patient. It may take a few days. I modified a reservation over a week ago, and it only updated on MDE this morning.

I have heard that if you start the on-line checkin process, and go all the through that process, the system will verify the reservation dates and pick up the updated dates. I didn't try that as I was curious as to how long it would take to update on its own.

Thanks. I wonder if I make a park reservation as just an AP holder now, will I have trouble getting the on-site perks when I'm there? Maybe my MDE would be updated by then or I would be able to show my room key.
