Well, I have tons of baby stuff that I am trying to unload ASAP. We are moving to TX in 2 weeks and I'm in CO right now. I'm not sure if you would know anyone who could pick it up. It's a whole bunch. I was trying to sell it, but if it doesn't go by August 1, I am dropping it off at a women's shelter. Private message me if you're interested. Pay no attention to that price. As I said, I will help you out if you can get the stuff or have someone else get it. Obviously, it is too large of a load to ship, so it definitely has to be picked up somehow.
Swaps are definitely okay, as you see on the listing, but if you have nothing I want, I may just give you the stuff.

Now that she's left it looks like she did so willingly, after all he didn't kick her out, he just told her he was going to bring other women into the house. If she still has keys to that house (and he didn't change the locks) she needs to move back in, and change the locks so HE can't get back in. Then file for a restraining order because she feels threatened that in her condition his very presence is a danger to her. That way he has to stay away. Oh, and make sure she closes any credit cards or bank acounts she had with him. Sure he took the money already, but if he bounces even one check it could make her unable to get a new acount of her own. And if she has to go on welfare it will make him look like a you know what, so she should file for financial aid as soon as possible.
I can only say that if we divorce my dh would be in big trouble .... I get mad enough at my computer when it misbehaves

Did you get a chance to check to see if there's a Freecycle in your/her area? That is really your best bet to get things for her for free. GL to your friend.

Well.. my friend just found out this morning that she is getting a divorce and she is pregnant with triplets (2 girls and a boy) and she has 2 older girls (4 and 6). So I thought I need to help her as much as I can.
As for what she needs... a little of everything.

Yes she really DOES exist. Why would I ruin my rep on the disboards if I didn't? I don't know why 2 outfits is a big deal? I had gotten them in the exchange and she didn't care for them. I am sorry for the miscommunication but I am telling the truth. I love the disboards and would not take it for granted.

Sorry to be so cynical, but in this cyber world it's just too easy to fall for charity cases that don't exist and someone is actually making money off of them.

I am NOT saying that is what OP is doing, but with the tangled web that's being woven, it's hard not so suspect something odd is going on.

I feel for the friend who is pregnant with 3 and has a dh who is, apparently, a jerk.....but I think there are agencies all over the place who will help her with her needs. And a good lawyer.

I haven't seen any personal attacks...What I am reading is you are selling 2 perfectly good outfits on ebay that your friend could use because you state 'She doesn't care for them"? What confuses me is why anyone would be picky or choosey in such a situation??? I am very sorry for what she is going through, but beggers can't be choosers I was always told in life.
I wish your friend a lot of luck, and it is good she has a friend such as you to help her out...
help her also to understand that personal taste in clothing should be last on her list of priorities.
