Moderator ?

Hello. How do I ask a question to a moderator for the rent/trade board? I posted we have 7 left over points and I bumped it 10/25. But today I got an email saying thread was closed due to nonmaintence since 10/20. I did read I needed to maintain it and I thought bumping it would? Thanks a lot D.
