Mobile Version of Disney Dining Reservation Site (BETA)

Hello, I just went to share some info I learned on another thread that I was not aware of until today. Someone on another thread mentioned making dining reservations on their phone while in WDW but that it wasn't an app. I was curious to see if there was a mobile version of the site so I went www.waltdisneyworld.com on my android incredible. It turns out their is a mobile beta version of the wdw dining reservation site which actually allows you to search near where you are (or for a specific location) for dining reservations and make the dining reservations on there quite easily.

Not sure if this could be old news? But I hadn't heard about it so I wanted to share. This would be great if you don't have a reservation that day or are looking to change your plans last minute while you are in the parks. The link to use on your phone is http:
//m.disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/m/ OR you can go to www.disneyworld.com and click the normal links to make a reservation.

I took a couple of pictures of this mobile page which are below. (I tried to access the mobile site on the computer to take screen shots from there but it just takes you to the regular site.)

Thank you for posting this. I had heard there was something similar out for the iphone but not for the android phones. I am definitely going to check this out!

thank you again OP, this is awesome.....I have a Windows Smartphone (HTC Touch Pro 2) and it didn't work for me, but it sure did on my Ipod Touch - LOVE IT!!! They sure have come a long way. So neat and so easy to do! Thanks again for sharing that great tip!

I used this during my visit in Dec. I didn't know it was new or I would have shared. The best part for us was the feature that allowed us to find a reservation close to where we were.

Someone mentioned they were making dining reservations on their smartphone while in Disney which surprised me bc I didn't think the Disney reservations would work well on a mobile. So I checked it out on my phone and was suprised to see they actually had a mobile format going. I had never heard about this so I wasn't sure if others had. So I figured why not put out there just in case. Glad to here that you were able to make good use of it. DH and I will definitely take advantage on our upcoming Sept. trip!
