i intend to keep in touch at the parks and every day in general with my family by phone as they will be shooting everywhere leaving me talking to some stranger saying how i think we should have some dinner now  come on you have all done it (oh sorry i thought you were someone else) :teeth: i have heard of phones being bought at walmart in orlando, and i know of people selling sim cards loaded with about $30 on ebay, what do you do?

Buy some walkie-talkies instead !!! We read this advice in the Passporters Guide about the Disney Cruise and bought them before our first cruise last November - they were invaluable with DD13 and DS10! We bought a four-pack from Argos and they worked brilliantly on the ship so I am sure they would in the parks too! Good luck!! :thumbsup2

But buy the walkie-talkies in the USA. They have limitations about what fequencies that can be used. Be warned though, it might be difficult to find a free channel as lots of other people do the same thing - particularly those that speak Spanish!
