Mobile Ordering

Do you have to do mobile ordering or can you still go through the regular lines to order? I was thinking about getting Universal gift cards to use for food instead of using credit/debit card linked to app but wasn’t sure if that was still an option. Thanks.

None of the windows were open in the quick service restaurants Sunday- a TM escorted us to the table, watched us/helped us mobile order, them wrote down our code to deliver us our food . It didn’t take long , but it was all was charged to our “wallet.”

Ironically last night Universal updated their app to add passholder discounts for mobile ordering. Under what's new for the app it states... on the "my order" screen, simply scan your pass barcode or enter the number manually to receive the discount, alcohol excluded.

Nice! Do you know how the quick-service dining plan works since they are only allowing mobile order? Or are you allowed to order at the counter with the dining plan?
