mobile ordering help & advice

Hi,
We are travelling from the UK in May.
Since we last visited mobile ordering has started from the MDE app. As we are going to use quite a lot of quick service this would be useful.

Can you answer the following questions
1) when ordering an item is it possible to alter or leave something off - EG DH doesn't eat cheese

2) how easy is it to navigate and do? can anyone explain what you do?

Download the MDE app and play around with mobile ordering now. That will get you familiar with it and will let you know what you can and cannot add/leave off.

Yes, you can customize your order by removing the included items. (I just tested a Mobile Order at Woody's Lunchbox for breakfast and I could remove any of the sandwich or something meal components.) You may not be able to get "extra" of anything (like extra pickles), but you can remove items that you don't want.

You can download the MDE app any time and practice. It's fairly easy.

Open, login, and click "Order Food" and pick your restaurant and start an order. It's just as easy as mobile ordering on any other app I've used, such as Starbucks, Panera, and the like.

Given that it's only 9:20 EST here, you can only practice on places currently open, but you can play around in-app without having to have any reservations or being in range of the restaurant.

It is fairly ease to customize your food. I also suggest getting the app and playing with it a bit before you get there.

You can customize to an extent.
Yes very easy to use.
I would suggest looking at it now.
Just don't actually place the order.
