Mobile Ordering for Large Groups

Just a comment from our most recent trip:

We were excited to try out Mobile Ordering this time. Our group was a party of 10 and used mobile ordering at least once per day. A cautionary tale for other large parties: our mobile orders were wrong 100% of the time. And I mean big time wrong - as in 4/10 meals completely missing, half of our beverages not added, 3 or 4 meals with the wrong side dishes, etc.

I found that any time we saved by mobile ordering was eaten up by standing at the mobile order counter going over my receipt with the cast members and having them add in all the meals they'd missed the first time. Seems to me that there is something off about the process they are using to put mobile orders together in the kitchen. It may be a convenient perk for small parties, but not so much if you have more than 3 or 4 meals...

Anyone else have this experience?
 
We had a party of 9 in the fall and didn't have a problem really. The meals were all correct as far as I remember. I found that it only really saved time at super busy meal times and saved a little frustration because all 9 of us didn't have to stand in the line to order.

Not surprised. It was great at first but last few trips we found the line not staffed and waits long. Our food is usually grabbed by a CM working another line and they pay little attention. Odds would be high they grab wrong meals.

If you do Mobile Ordering DO NOT leave that counter until you have double checked everything on the trays.
 
We were a party of four and we didn't have this experience, but we did notice a lot of larger groups complaining about incorrect orders or missing items through mobile order.
 

We were a party of four in December and had good experiences with mobile ordering. But, whether I'm doing mobile ordering or standing in line and picking it up at the counter, I always double check to see that I have everything, because it can happen at either place.
 
We are a party of 6 and never had an issue with mobile ordering. I tend to use it for every quick service meal. In fact, I won't eat at any QS location that doesn't do mobile ordering. However our last trip was in July so maybe things have changed.
