Getting it for our son who is a complete Star Wars nerd and would absolutely love one of these so really hoping we can get oneThe purpose of my question about when you will be in HS was to confirm that you were be there earlier vs later in the evening which should improve your chances of grabbing a collector bucket. The challenge with collector buckets is that they have a limited inventory at the location. It is not like a flat pack popcorn box that is generic. You are paying in advance due to mobile ordering vs walk-up. The Menu at Kat Saka's Kettle states that the buckets are "While supplies last".
It is not like a Mobile order at a merchandise location where they pull your item soon after your order and hold that specific item for your pickup.

Ok thanks, good to know. That’s what I did as well, ordered it for a specific location and prepaid. Fingers crossed.I did a mobile order for a Mr Toad bucket.... with the prepay, I got a pickup time slot, and they checked my information when I picked it up at the pick-up location (not a random popcorn cart). I would assume your order holds your bucket for you.
Yes it is prepaid, it shows up on MDE as an order. Hoping I have one waiting for meIf you prepaid, you should have a bucket waiting. I have done mobile order for popcorn buckets in the past and had to show the receipt on my phone to pick it up. They will only sell as many on mobile order as they have available for that day.

There is no guaranteed inventory, the collectible buckets are sold "While supplies last" via walk-up and Mobile Order.They will only sell as many on mobile order as they have available for that day.
That appears to be part of the new "Live" activities update for Mobile Order tracking as of last week that is currently only available on iOS .I set a requested time to pick it up for later tonight but I just got a notification that since I hadn’t picked it up after indicating I was there that my card has been charged the full amount. Guests also make walk-up purchases as well as Mobile Orders all day long. And I have had a CM that insisted to verify my mobile order receipt when picking up my order for 2 Dole Whips....

You get a Push notification and you just reply with the "I am here" right from the smartphone lock screen notification. You don't to open MDE, and then select your mobile order to select the "I am here" button.

So I was able to pick up my bucket without issue. They had a lot of them left. However, not sure what would’ve happened if they were out because I showed the cast member who served me the message I had received and they said I must’ve accidentally pushed the “I’m here” button but I know I absolutely did not, so if they were out but I’d already paid for it not sure how that would’ve went to get a refund if I’d had to. Right that was the point of my post earlier about the "Live" activities update for Mobile Order tracking. Since it rolled out last week there have been issues with it making the process more confusing for guests and CMs. If they had been sold out you just go to the register and get a refund.
