Mobile Order at Pop is terrible

I really like the mobile ordering system in general, but it’s really a failure for me at Pop Century. It offers basically no customization options. Don’t want lettuce and whatever on your burger? Get ready to order in person. Don’t want sausage with your waffles? Order in person. Ugh! I just want to order my food with minimal human interaction (especially in the mornings 😆)
 
I haven't yet tried mobile order at the parks or resorts. Is it easier to customize at other locations?

No, very few customization options if any. No place for comments. Definitely something they need to fix moving forward. Even the mom & pop shops near me have more elaborate online ordering systems, WDW has no excuse.

I haven’t had problems at other places I’ve ordered a burger (Cosmic Ray’s and D-Luxe Burger) But it’s a definite problem on Disney’s end. I sent feedback to Pop about it and got a call from someone from the hotel less than half an hour later and he said he passed the feedback on, for whatever that’s worth
 

We stayed at Pop in January. It was frustrating to not be able to make substitutions on mobile order. Had the same problem everywhere.
 
My issues weren't with modifications (didn't try to make any), but rather with the pickup window. We often waited much longer for our food at Pop than we did at the parks.
