Mobile Disney Website

I laughed out loud when I read this! I've been doing this to DH daily since I got my new iPhone and dowloaded the app. At first he thought it was funny, but now............:rolleyes1 not so much! :rotfl:

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one! Have you used it in the parks yet? It was surprisingly fun putting in wait times. It's hard not to find yourself getting "competitive" with others who are submitting times with you, especially since they have this thing where if you submit the most wait times for a certain attraction, you get a special title. I realize this makes me a huge dork.;)

PS: There's a 55 minute wait for Soarin' even as I type this!!!

If you have a crappy old phone that isn't compatible with the Disney wait times app, can you just go to that website on your phone's regular internet browser while in the parks and still get the general "see now", "moderate" etc info? That would be better than nothing I think.

Ironically, the Verizon Disney app doesn't work on its newer phones. You can go to the internet browser and find out this info, but it won't have the exact times.

This is a bummer!! Ok I know I sound like I have multiple personalities. But I just checked out the mobil magic thing which looks way cool however you can't use it unless you have verizon. That is a big bummer. Don't these people realize they would sell a lot more of these things if they opened it up to everyone??? For instance I would buy the iphone in a new york minute if they offered to Sprint customers.

Verizon paid the most so Verizon gets to be the partner for the application.

Same as the iphone, AT&T agreed to kick back some of the monthly fees to Apple so AT&T gets to suffer with their decision.

Now I'm going to seem like a big dork but I was randomly checking the wait time app today online (from home, not in a park) and around the time you said there was a 55 minute wait for Soaring the app said "high demand". So for everyone wondering what "high" and "moderate" wait times translate to that's a hint. I was guessing high meant at least over an hour.

I accessed the website from MK last week and it still said "see now", "moderate", and "high demand", no specific amount of time. However, it said the wait for BTMRR was moderate and the actual stand-by line was a 45 minute wait.
