Mobile app credit card issues

We are currently at WDW. Up until last night MDE was working fine. We tried to mobile order something and Apple Pay wouldn’t work. It said payment not processed. So I tried a credit card- it said something went wrong reload. This has continued Into today.
I called the help desk. They said it is a known issue. They suggested deleting and reinstalling the app, turning the phone off, deleting and reinstalling the credit card. I did all of these things and it still will not work .
The weird thing is I can log into my husband’s phone and it will work with my id- just can’t do anything on my phone.

Has anyone encountered this? WhAt did you do to make it work?
 
Sounds like MDE and your Apple Wallet are at odds. No idea why or even what a fix is just that if you could use it on a different phone that makes it seem connected to the phone. Which is what made me think wallet

Maybe Google if it’s possible to unlink wallet from the app?
