Mobil ordering and room charges?

I see on the mobil ordering site that you can only use a cc for payment. Can you use your mb to pay then pay the balance with Disney gift cards before your cc is charged?

No, it will only charge the credit card. Directly to the credit card. Room charges/magic bands not used at all.
