I just looked at the app and didn't see Moana listed. She's still at DL right?

She’s normally by Tarzan treehouse. Not all characters are on the app so if you see a CM with the “ask me about characters” button, then ask them

Just to warn you, even when she’s “there,” she’s not there every day. And they’ve had serious Princess staffing issues lately, to the point that Fantasy Faire has been quite a hodge-podge and was briefly only two princesses last week, and Mickey and the Magical Map was cancelled due to the lack of a Tiana... (I realize Moana’s not technically a princess, but just a heads up that I wouldn’t make any promises about her!)

Not to hijack the thread, but why is there a princess staffing shortage and do you know how long it will last? My friend’s nieces are coming in January and they are princess obsessed.

I think that with all the budget cuts, especially in entertainment, they just don’t have as many people trained for stuff right now. So if someone calls out, they don’t have back-ups. (That’s a large part of why the OBB line up was somewhat inconsistent.) You notice it more with the face characters, of course.
