I was one of the crazies who waited the 2 hrs to meet her last night, we walked by again just before the first parade and line was much shorter. If it's a priority maybe going during the parade is best strategy.
CMs near the treehouse were told to tell guests it was a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait for Moana. They were using the wait-time cards and it was actually 90 minutes from the treehouse.
CMs also noted that some guests had a relatively short wait, 45 minutes, closer to when Boo To You began.
When I was on my Keys to the Kingdom tour last week, the topic of Moana as a meet and greet came up. Our tour guide said there had actually been auditions for Moana, but there were not enough people that auditioned to fill the 15 "friends of Moana" that an ongoing meet and greet would require.
So we are here now and trying to decide if we want to go Tuesday. If we go, meeting Moana will be our top priority, as we've done the party before and both kids plus mom would love to meet her. If we go, what time should we line up to be near the front of the line?

Makes sense. We met her in march at HS, and I have to admit my husband and I didn't think she was a very good "moana"That moana that I saw pic of from the party was spot on. Can't she just be there 24/7?
