What day will be least crowded in MK, October 4th to 11th? I am going with another family (their first trip) that will be anxious to get to MK. Not going on a SAT. We have hopper passes and don't mind 1/2 days with hopping. I'm thinking of MK on Sunday (we are offsite - no EE , it is MNSSHP day) and/or Tuesday (Spectro day?) Other events I know of that week- Mission Space opening on Thursday and Mickey's Philharmonic opening on Wednesday. I would welcome suggestions for other good park days and Blizzard Beach as well. THANKS!

We are going the exact dates!!!!:D :D

Anyway, since we will have UPH (included in FTP) we are planning to hit Epcot the first night. Walk around WS, maybe get on M:S.
Unless this is the only night for Spectro. which is posible since sometimes they only have it on Sat. Then we would go to MK just for the parade, after a few hours at Epcot.
Then probably AK in the morning......then MK for MNSSHP on the 5th.
If we weren't doing MNSSHP...it would be MK first thing that Sunday.
I want to see what the media event for M:S and Mickey's Phil will be like. I know DH will want to avoid both those parks on those 2 days. So looks good for MK on Tues. and maybe Friday morning. There is another MNSSHP on Friday.
Not knowing what kind of crowds media events pull in.....it may be a "play it by ear" vacation.

So what are you thinking????

If Tuesday is Spectro night, the park will be very crowded during the day. I would go somewhere else during the day and hop over to MK at night to see Spectro. I've been to MK a couple of times when Spectro was held midweek because Friday was either a Grad Night or MVMCP and the park was very crowded during the day. We were there on Tuesday May 13th and I've never seen MK so crowded. Small World's line was out on the walkway (you know it's crowded then!). We went back Thursday and lines were much shorter.

If you check the historical hours & parade schedule from last October, I think it reflects that Spectro only ran on Saturday evenings at that time.
