FYI, it's called Mickey's Halloween Party (MHP) at Disneyland
I think the dates were out around May last year, and tickets went on sale in June.

For the Disneyland party (I assume that is what you are asking, out west it doesn't have the Not So Scary part) the dates won't be released until closer to the party dates, probably closer to summer.

If you really are looking for the dates for MNSSHP, that is in WDW and the dates are already for sale. You can check the WDW website and the WDW boards for more info.
If you are looking for Mickey's Halloween Party (MHP) at Disneyland, those dates have not been published yet and usually aren't posted until late spring or summer. DLR is much more laid back than WDW -- lol.
You can follow the Halloween Time superthread for all the information on MHP dates, tickets, other events, news, updates, etc.: Halloween Time Superthread, DLR 2019... too early? Me thinks not!. When the news breaks, it will be posted there!
The reason people are making a big deal about the difference in the Halloween party names is because it really can be a big deal -- every year we hear sad stories about people who bought tickets for MNSSHP (less expensive!) thinking they scored a deal, then tried to get into MHP -- and were turned away at the gates. It is really important to know which party you want and which tickets you're buying because the tickets are non-refundable. Also, when doing a search here for more information, looking for the wrong party will bring up nothing but headaches and confusion!
