We will be at the World in September and I just realized that the first night of MNSSHP is when we will be there. My boys will be 3 and 2. What goes on during this and do you think they would like it or are they too young? Thanks

It's a hard ticket, after park closing event. It's a Halloween party with trick or treating, people wearing costumes, a Halloween parade and special Hallowishes fireworks and of course most rides going.

It's got characters out and about and the park is really decked out; decorations you won't see any other time. Great Halloween music being piped in as well.

My girls love these parties and they've been going since they were 1 and 4.

I think you're kids will get a kick out of it. Some may not agree but that's my opinion. :wave2:

I think your kids would love it. The WHOLE park is dressed up for the Halloween Celebration.

If you have the time and money to do it, then do it. It is really fun. Just make sure you go later in the day or take an afternoon break. It is really a long day with the little ones otherwise. Some people get into wearing costumes but most just trick or treat (adults too) and ride the rides. One other thing. If you do get the tickets they will be your park admisson after a certain time (I think 4:00pm) so if you want to something else during the day you don't have to waste a park pass. Anyway, have a good one.

I think your 3 year old will have a great time!! We first went to MNSSHP when my DS was almost 2. He had fun seeing the characters, but I dont really think he was interested in the trick or treating part. My DD's were older and loved that part of it!! We will be there in September for the 2nd party. Im exited to do it again!! My son will be almost 5 and Im sure he will have a blast!! The park has NO Halloween decorations up except at the party, so its pretty cool to see it decked out for Halloween!!

As long as you have a nice easy day that day, try and get them to have a good nap, or at least some quiet time for a hour or two before you go you should be fine. If your kids like the characters I am sure they will get a kick out of seeing them all dressed up in their Halloween gear too.

I took my DS when he was 4, he was pretty pooped by the time the fireworks came around, but he had a blast. There are loads of characters out and about, including ones you don't get out much. My son was particularly excited to think that he was trick or treating at The Magic Kingdom.
