Is it possible to purchase these tickets once you're on holiday? I don't know which day to choose and haven't got round to ordering them yet. We're not going until October and if I don't have to order in advance then I probably won't. Opinions on which is the best way to go - order now or wait - would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

I think many nights (if not all) will be sell-outs. How long have they been available? You may have missed out already, which would at least solve your dilemma. :)

I was just asking TCD this very question tonight and they told me that they should have tickets available some time between now and when we go. Also have heard from another site that you can buy them in US during the daytime openeing hours for that night (app $25) Apparently there is usually availablity on weekdays but not on weekends.
Hope this helps

I think the only night that ever sells out completely is October 31st (however, I could be wrong). If you are undecided, I suggest you wait till you get there and then enquire as to what nights you may be able to get tickets for (Guest Services at any park should be able to tell you) and then make your decision.

I have been there a few times for halloween and the party, as stated October 31st always sells out. But then the dates closest to 31st also can and do sell out, the early parties late Sept and early Oct you can usaually purchase in the park.

We had some rained out and they swapped us to other dates during our stay.

Hi

We purchased ours at our hotel asmo we arrived one 18th Oct and we went to the party at some point in the second week. When we arrived that night apparently it had completely sold out. Even though there were alot of people we came back with lots of candy and saw all the characters. We chose not to go on the ride, but enjoy the little extras they had on. We had decided to sit down and wait for the parade as people were already setting themselves up for the parade and as soon as the parade finished we went trick or treating and had our photo done and watched the fireworks. After that we did all the other extras. It was really fun and cant wait to go back next year.

Dalymum you don't have to wait for TCD as WDW has them on sale now ,had ours for over a month! We like to get all our tickets/passes before going as we then know that we don't have to factor the prices in to our spending money!!

I always purchased mine direct from WDW either by phone or online and they came out quickly.

:thumbsup2 Dalymum so are we!! The first time we went it wasn't really a problem getting "stay & scream" tickets but it has gradually got busier & busier so don't want to run the risk of not getting, especially as we are going a bit earlier & only have one date available!

The same applies, really. We booked HHN tickets upon checking-in at HRH in 2002, but we couldn't get the night we wanted (Saturday). Weekends sell out many weeks in advance.
