MNSSHP-what time will they let us in?

We have never been to the party, is it true that the rides will have little to no wait times?

I have only been to 1 party, wait times were not to bad.Not many were walk ons.Still wait times not bad at all.I have seen reports go both ways on this question.I hope one of our Dis members can give you better information,some one who has attended more than 1 like me.We really enjoyed our party experience. Yes, 4:00pm. When you arrive prior to 4:00 there will be people standing at a group of turnstiles waiting to get in.

I would not count on rides having little to no wait, depends on day of week and overall crowd level. In our experience, MNSSHP lines were not too bad because there is so much trick-or-treating going on, and the special parade. Lines didn't get short until towards the end of the party.

I definitelt agree with @Lucius Best. It depends on the day of the week you are attending. For the most part, I have experienced little to no wait for rides. But I usually go on a Tuesday night.

It could be a little before 4 PM but not much. It will always be after the 3:00 parade has run the course because your party tickets didn't pay for that. They do usually start scanning people through a little early, especially if the entrance lines are very long.
