MNSSHP tickets wrong again!

I just received our tickets in the mail and they are for the wrong date! I specifically said OCTOBER 27TH, THURSDAY, and I repeated it several times. This is the 2nd year in a row where they've sent the tickets with the wrong dates. Again, I will have to go through the trouble of sending them back just to wait for them to resend them back to me hopefully with the correct date this time! I have several other people who have to order tickets and I HOPE, when they do they receive the correct date. This is a pain in the "you know what!"

Yup, sent me wrong dates too. When I called I was on hold forever and then they acted like it was MY fault! (Even though my dinner reservations were for the correct date.) No apology either.

We had this happen a couple of years ago, but I didn't even realize it until we showed up for the party on Halloween and were told that our tickets were for the night before!

Fortunately the nice CM took care of it and we enjoyed the party, but I was a little worried there for a minute. At least you'll have it taken care of before you go! Hope you have a blast!

I am glad I came across this. I haven't even opened the envelop this year. I should do that just in case. Although I never had any problem in the past.

You have to open the envelope and peel the tickets off of the paper to look at the dates to make sure they are correct. My Sister still has to order her's and Im afraid the same thing wll happen.
