MNSSHP Ticket Question

Hi there!

Purchased our MNSSHP tickets on the Disney website a while ago. They show up in MDE, but I have not received anything in the mail. Should I have received the tickets? Do I need to call someone? Or will we not have an issue because they are in MDE?

They should come in the mail, unless you opted to print at home. I think there is a will-call option to pick them up on site too? I'd call to make sure they are being mailed if that is what you are expecting. The past couple years, we've needed the physical tickets to get in even though we had Magic Bands. (Although, maybe we just thought we did and never tried to get in without them.)

You did not need to use the party ticket if you had a MB and the party tickets were shown in your MDE.

We just used our MB's to get in last year as well. Never got actual tickets.

There are two Guest Relations.
One in Marketplace, near World of Disney.
One on the West Side, sitting directly in front of DisneyQuest.

However, you can go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations outside any of the theme parks, water parks, at TTC or the concierge desk of any WDW Resort.
