MNSSHP special Sorcerers card

Can the MNSSHP party Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom special card be picked up at 4:00 when we enter or is it only available after 7? Is it normally available at the Firehouse and in another location back by Liberty Square? We will be going to the 9/9 party (our first ever party!). Thanks!

Last few years I believe we had to wait until 7

Not sure if it was available at the firehouse-- we picked ours up at a kiosk/booth

I'd like to know this as well. We're doing our first MNSSHP on 9/12

Our experience was after 7 pm and at two parties we were able to get at both spots (1 per person per party).
