MNSSHP Refund For Next Friday?

It looks like the hurricane will be making a u turn and returning to Florida the end of next week. We have a weekend getaway to wdw next Thursday thru Sunday with MNSSHP tickets for Friday and was wondering if they would refund the MNSSHP tickets if I cancel our trip because of the hurricane? I really hope I do not have to cancel it is my princesses birthday next Friday and was hoping to take her to her 1st MNSSHP..

If there's a hurricane threat they should. Our party for tonight was cancelled. We had the option of another party night, a mvmcp ticket, 1 day hopper that expires in two years, or a refund.

You can try to call and ask. Explain your situation. We went to the party last year and it only rained for about 1/2 an hour. They refunded or rescheduled everyone who asked. They're not overly strict about cancellation policies. They would rather have happy guest.

They probably won't refund that far out - once it's a bit closer, if there is a threat, they'll start issuing refunds. They don't usually do those things until it's closer and clearly going to affect travel.

The current reports say that it will be a tropical storm by then. I think it's early to worry.

Matthew doesn't have a hurricane path near Disney for next Friday. I doubt they will refund for a what if it does. They will if it does. Right now there's no real projected path set in stone where it's going. They do not even know if it will go anywhere. It may not even be a hurricane but a tropical storm....just too early to ask.

You'll have to wait for next friday to see if they are opened and where the hurricane goes..

This this is you being impacted to get here for your vacation next week/this week then they are currently refunding whole trips with no penalty and you should call them. I'd do it soon as planes start to fly tomorrow morning and the travel impact getting here is somewhat over.

Even if it does make a u turn, highly unlikely Disney will get anything from it. Your party date should be in the clear
