Hello....

I called today to ask for tickets for MNSSHP on 30th September, and was told that I would be charged $15 to get them posted to the UK!!

Whaaa? That's a lot of pennies... Last time we just reserved and paid for them and then collected them when we arrived, why do they now need to charge us to book?

I'm not sure what to do now because I don't want to pay the $15 (more out of principle than anything else - those tickets cost enough as it is...) but if I don't we might find it's sold out when we arrive and try to buy them from City Hall.

I'm just a bit cross. Boo. What would you do? Is there any way round this extra fee? Do people in the US have to pay this too, because if not aren't we being a little bit discriminated against!!

**dismounts high horse**

Thanks all! Only 65 days to go now... :D

You can arrange to collect them for no extra fee - you just get a reservation number similar to ADRs and them collect them from any hotel or Guest service window at parks - that's what we're doing. Phone operator I spoke to called it something (sorry can't remember what) and I asked her what she meant and she explained.:goodvibes

Did you not ask to do will call? I have always collected tickets rather than get them posted.

I brought mind through Disney and printed an e-ticket. You could use that option?

We have always done Will call, collect there, would never pay a delivery fee for tix when I can collect, very easy to do.
Just logged in and got all the prices & delivery options, lucky you were only quoted $15, the site is saying $25:scared1:
Will call or Etickets will not cost anything extra:thumbsup2

I also bought mine on Disneys website and opted to collect them on arrival for no extra charge! I would try do that!

Ah, sounds like you lot have it sussed. Will Call is what I did last time but the cast member today said that wasn't an option! I'm happy to do it online but I can't find the bit on the website that you guys have seen, where is it? UK or US website?

When I called today the free dining wasn't even on our ressie, even though I have an email stating it. Got me worried!! She typed for ages and claims to have fixed it... We'll see!!

Thanks everyone!! Xx

on the website it has regular ticket price & discount ticket price, but I can't see what the difference is?

The regular ticket price is what you will pay on the day, discounted prices is for pre-purchase.

Claire just to add try logging into disney USA with your annual pass as there are discounts on mnsshp for certain nights.

WDW Reservations are too funny! This year, I was told that I couldn't have my MNSSHP tickets posted to the UK even if I wanted to and that Will Call was the only option available to me! :rotfl2:

It's a good job that was the option I wanted then, wasn't it? :rolleyes1
