This is our first MNSSHP & we are beyond excited! How early should we plan to get a spot for the first parade? I'm thinking we will watch from frontier land, suggestions welcome.

Deep in Frontierland (past Country Bears,) arrive 15 minutes before the start-time of the parade.
It originates back there, yet few guests grab viewing spots there.

Another great spot is near Hall of Presidents in Liberty Square.

Just know that from anywhere other than in or near the Hub (or the southern end of Main St.) you won't be able to see the spectacular, not-to-be-missed show that is actually projected on the front of the Castle, "Celebrate the Magic," which begins about 15 minutes before the fireworks.

Robo, if we have the HalloWishes dessert party package, are we able to see "celebrate the magic" from the party area?

Robo is right. Main Street and the hub area will be packed, but if you go deep into Frontier Land near where the parade starts there will be fewer people. The Hall of Presidents area is a little more popular so you might get there a tad earlier, but it will still be much easier than finding space on Main Street.

I like to stand in the middle of the road facing the approacing parade! They always ask me to move though.

The Halloween parade is the best one in all of Disney.

You can do that, if you are standing in Town Square (MK flagpole area) facing the castle.

Is that the reserved spot for the dessert party people? How long would you need to stalk a spot on Main Street?

Thanks! Celebrate Magic is one of my favorites - not to be missed. Is it different during MNSSHP? If we want to do 8:15 parade, celebrate magic and fireworks, what plan do you suggest?

1. Yes.
2. Be very, very early (at least an hour before parade start-time) and hold a spot in/near the Hub.

Difficult alternative is to watch the parade in front of Hall of Presidents, then (try to)
wiggle into a spot in the Hub after the parade has gone by.

Disney has created a bottleneck monster with 3 events close together that require
at least one of them to be seen in/near the Hub.

Are there two parades scheduled for mnsshp ? Will later parade with this plan also work...hopefully with less people. Thanks

There are usually two parades during MNSSHP and the second one will definitely be easier to get a decent spot for.

Our current plans have us meeting Ariel around 9pm > find a place for Celebrate the magic (take route through Tomorrowland across to Casey's?) >watch celebrate/wishes in Casey's area > ride Haunted Mansion > watch late parade from Liberty Square. Is this do-able? Only 2 adults, so we can bob and weave.
