MNSSHP Meet On October 28th!!!!

DH and I are in WDW from 10/23 - 10/30. Unfortunately we can't meet up for MNSSHP on 10/28 because we are taking an Illuminations cruise that night.

It's funny that you asked if you would have the parks to yourself because it really does seem like a lot less people are there for that weekend. I posted on another thread a while back, asking, "Did I miss the 'DO NOT go to Disney the last week of October!' thread?"

GREAT!! I have DD 10 as well! She is going to have a princess makeoever at BBB in the castle before the party. We had ADR at LTT at 4:30. I also have DS16 and DH with me. I am not sure what my costume will be. I was thinking Minnie Mouse. If you want to meet up at anytime that would be great. Maybe our girls could do something together.

We will be staying at WL and have an ADR at WCC before we head over. I bought nightmare before christmas tshirts for DH and myself. DD is still up in the air about what to be. She was thinking of Sandy from Grease. I would love for the girls to get together! What are your vacation dates? Are you on property?

We will be arriving on October 27th and leaving on November 5th. We are staying in an awesome 5 bedroom pool home in Formosa Gardens Estates. It is 2 miles form Disney. Actually, it is very close to AKL. We are flying in DS19,who is a sophmore in college, and his GF on November 2nd for the weekend. We needed LOTS of space so DS and his GF are in very separate bedrooms. What dates will you be there??

It was good, thank you for asking. I was there on business during the day and had the nights to myself! It was crowded! I did stock up on goodies for the trip of course! IE Mickey bath bombs for DD! I would love to meet up! Maybe we should have the girls post each other to introduce themselves. Have you decided to dress up? I am not all opposed to it but I am afraid it will be to hot. Last year the night we went it was FREEZING Love cold weather. Then a couple of days later on Halloween it was so hot she could not stand the costume. Are you doing Disney the whole trip or other parks as well?

We're going down 10/24 and getting in in the evening. We're staying at my parents in east Orlando - this was a last minute trip, my mom is going through chemo again. We are definitely planning on getting some fun in and going to the parks though! I haven't got tickets for MNSSHP this year but maybe I will. We have APs.

It would be fun to have the girls "meet" online - great idea! Do either of yours play toontown or webkinz?

We go this time( end of october every year-love it) This year we are going Along with our 2 kids from Wed Oct 24-Tues Oct 30 ..... Last year Hubby and I went ALONE for the week, so this time we HAD to take the kids...

We are staying at the All Star Music Suites for the 1st time due to the sleeping situation ( my kids CANNOT sleep together and neither can I with them!) We have the 7 day hopper with waterpark and dining option!


We will celebrate our 10 yr anniv on Oct 25 and my bday on Oct 29th while at Disney....I have the Special WISHES Cruise booked for oct 26th as a SURPRISE to the family and have Halloween Tixs for Sun Oct 28....

We are from Rochester NH...this is 1 hour North of Boston MASS

Did you happen to catch travel channel today? All Disney all day! I have to say I was there last weekend on business and I saw a lot of containers at the resorts, maybe with decorations?! They also had up the Halloween decs at the gates to the world I can't wait for the weather to cool off. We have been in the 90 all week I will have my DD sign on tommorrow on this thread to say hello. Hope we can meet up either at the party and at one of the parks (Jennz). BTY DD does not do webkinz or toontown, not sure what toontown is though. You might be able to get AP rates for MNNSHP. Our date didn't qualify, but they have a bunch of dates.

Darn i t- I missed the Disney day on the Travel channel!! Oh well. I'm thinking about going to the party that Sunday but not sure...we love them and have been the last 2 years w/DH but it's our last night w/my parents...I'm torn. (Of course that might be all the more reason to go!! )

Hello everyone!

We are going October 26th- Nov 4th. We will be at MNSSHP on Oct 28th and November 4th. It will be DH, me, DD5 and DS7. We will be staying at ASMO first time at a value my DD really loves the Dalmations so we thought we would give it a try. Last year I went to a meet during the Hallowishes at the Noodle terrance. We were able to sit down and watch the fireworks. If we plan to meet about a half hour before fireworks that would give us plenty of time to hopefully secure our seats and introduce ourselves. Is anyone interested in this for Oct 28th. Who else has an idea for a good place and time?
