Fiance and I are going in early October (he for the first time everrrrrrr). :earseek: I've never been to MNSSHP, but it will be going on our second night there. I always loved E-nights, is it comparable as far as crowds go? And most of the rides are open, right? I'd hate to go and then wait in lines most of the time, especially since tickets aren't exactly cheap.

BTW, it would be on a Sunday night, if that makes a difference in the crowds....

It's more crowded than e-nights but much more is open. E-nights are limited to 5,000 tickets, MNSSHP is rumored to be 20,000 tickets. If you are going early in the month, it shouldn't be very crowded.

I second that.....GOOOOOO!!!!:earsboy:

It's not really crowded especially during the week...y'all will have a blast!!!

We went in 2001 on Oct 31st -- it was crowded but GREAT!

They gave out trick or treat bags to everyone (even us big kids). You then go from station to station and "trick or treat". They had bands or dj's in different areas, we had our picture taken and mailed to us -- the parade is not to be missed, I love the horseman! The park is decorated with "spooky" things -- really not to be missed!

Go, Go, GO ..... you will love it. Crowded? kind of, but not like summer and it is well worth the cost of the ticket!

Hope you have a great time (remember even big kids can dress up :wizard: )
