Planning on attending later this month. What is the schedule of events during the party? How crowded? Also, I have LTT PS at 8:00pm, will I loose too much time with this late dinner?

I was there Friday night and do not remember all of the scheduling details but I do know that the main parade was at 8:00 & 10:00 and the fireworks were at 9:15.

I think 8:00p at LTT is WAY too late if you want to get your money's worth at the party and not miss anything!! I would eat before the party starts, not during, IMHO, of course. I would eat at MK between 5 and 6 or I'd eat outside MK even earlier to get to the park in time for the start.
