MNSSHP, ever get booked up?

We might be able to do the 3rd , but need to wait until closer to time to make sure.

Does this event ever book up or should we be fine for that early in October?

Anyone know if I book now can I cancel and get a refund???

Also, instead of having tickets mailed, I can do will call? Where would I pick those up at?

Len, this is laceemouse using my kids computer. We justed booked a quicky trip to OKW 10/6 through10/10. I realized yesterday that there is a MNSSHP on the 8th and called for tickets. I ordered 6 and they will mail them to me. I am not sure about you picking them up, you could ask. I have heard that Halloween and the days close to it sell out first, but if I were you I would still call ASAP.....We are so psyched!!!!!! Lacee

Yes, they are non-refundable but I do think that on most nights except 10/31 there is good availability even up to the day of. And so fay I haven't seen where 10/31 has even sold out yet so you really should be fine if you wait.

Hey Shan, our family will be there on the 3rd. Or is it the 8th? Shoot, now I can't remember. We were tossing around both dates and I can't remember which one I booked. I think it is the 3rd. Both the tickets and schedule are at home!

I went on the first Sunday last year and it wasn't crowded at all, go the tickets a couple days before. We had the area in front of City Hall practically to ourselves for the second parade.

Thanks everyone! I gave up on waiting for hubby to make a decision and booked PC for $49 a night with an email code I got. I decided not to borrow points for DVC. All they had was OKW at this point, plus I was getting scared about him backing out. I figure by the time he decides OKW will be gone, too. Booking thru CRO the cancellation policy is so much better anyway.

Anyhow, we're booked for the 2nd thru the 5th. I guess I'll wait until that week before and book it then. We'll go on the 3rd if possible. I'll post back when we decide for sure.

Debbie, were all the rides open and were there little lines? How long is the event?

I think you did the right thing, booking PC rather than DVC. Points are so high for the weekends.

Lines were not bad at all. They have several areas to "trick or treat", those lines were not long either. Never thought I would "trick or treat" again! They give you an orange bag when you enter.

The official hours are 7:00pm to midnight but you can enter after 4:00pm with just your MNSSHP ticket. The parade was at 8:00 and 10:00, fireworks at 9:15 (Tink has a special costume ).

All the mountains are open. I think the only rides closed were the train, Hall of Pres, Tiki Room, nothing major.

It is a Disney Parade. Be watching right before the parade time, the headless horseman takes his ride! Town Square was really creapy, they used fog machines.

Fab. Thanks. DH went out tonight after work, man... I really hope he checked on those dates for us today! I'm too tired to wait up for him. He went to see KISS of all things with some buddies from work. Geez... Trying to recall his youth I guess??? I bet they look really out of place! Maybe he can take some pointers and go as a KISS singer for MNSSHP?!?
