MNSSHP- Do you worry about rain?

I am just about ready to buy our tickets for our big group on our last night in WDW, but I'm afraid if it rains, it will really put a "damper" on the whole experience. (Ha! Ha! Pardon the put..but seriously) If we go on the last night, which is Sunday the 17th, our whole group will be there and I have LTT PS for all of us at 4:00. To me, it will be perfect and a great way to end our trip provided the weather cooperates. We *could* go on Thurs. night instead, and if it rains on Thurs we could try to exchange the tickets for Sunday, but 2 of our party would be coming straight from the airport if we did it on Thurs. Is it still fun in the rain? Is rain less likely in October? I guess we could wait until we get there and see what the forecast is.

I doubt they would exchange your tickets then because of rain. the good part is it would probably be less crowded.
In fact the one time I went so far it WAS raining and it was still a lot of fun. Though I sure hope it is not raining this Oct 24 and 26 when we will be there this time. Jack Sparrow in a rain slicker? Nah, I don't think so.
