Easy and cheap! Go as a cemetery. Look up fun Edward Gorey tombstones and just make sandwich boards! Easy, cheap, funny.

And party poopers blow. I feel your pain!

I still vote for Mouseketeers. Ultimate in easy- everyone wear denim or khaki bottoms- whatever type they want. Everyone wear plain white Tshirts- you can use a Sharpie to draw everyones names on the front in block letters. Everyone wear their own (or purchase while there) plain black Mickey ears. Voila! Especially effective in larger groups- looks great, everyone is unified, and other guests love the look.

I second (third?) the idea of Mouseketeers! You are dressed up as a group but it is not toooo costume-y.
