There were alot of villians in front of the castle - I remember seeing Cruella, Malificent, Stromboli, the Snow White Witch, Big Bad Wolf, and Scrooge. Chip and Dale were there, too, and one was dressed as a vampire and looked pretty neat! Can't remember what the other chipmunk was! There are also characters in Town Square on Main Street (that area right after you enter) - we saw Frollo, Radcliffe, Jafar, Pain, and Panic there. We also saw Mickey greeting by Expo Hall, but can't remember what costume he had on! We saw another Mickey greeting in Toontown with Donald.
In Fantasyland, we saw all seven Dwarves near the Carousel or in that general area. Early in the evening, they were signing autographs and individual pictures. Later, they were doing group photos with people but no autographs. At the end of the evening, they were just marching around in circles. That "mystery" character Celestine mentioned in her post was probably Goliath, a gargoyle, and a very rare character indeed! We also saw the Pooh characters near the Pooh Ride. Cinderella and Fairy Godmother were by the back of the castle.
Stanley and Zowie and Rolie were at the ToonTown Train Station. Esmeralda, Phoebus, Quasimodo, and Clopin were dancing in Ariel's Grotto area. We saw Aladdin and Genie by the Magic Carpets.
Of course, everything could be different this year, but that's what I remember from my two parties from last year! Have fun!!!
