MNSSHP changing dates

Probably not, I think they tell you when you order them that there are no refunds and no exchanges. :flower:
 
I guess the answer is "maybe". Technically, as the other poster mentioned, no refunds or exchanges. However, Disney does sometimes accommodate ticket exchanges. I have read reports where people were able to change their tickets. I have also read reports from last year where people were able to switch their day to a later day while on their vacation. Doesn't hurt to ask, IMO.

I did it!

Last Month!

I had October 31st Tickets 'cause my eldest sons best friends were moving and I didn't want him to mope around during Halloween. At the last minute, their parents (twins) changed their minds.

Needless to say my son no longer wanted to be away during Halloween, which worked out well since the whole free dining/value season thing for Oct. 4.

I exchanged my tickets for Oct. 7th. Here's how it went down.

1) I called 407-wdisney and told them something had come up and they refered me to the tickets people.

2) 1-407-566-4985 Disney TIcket Help

They told me to write a letter including my address and the credit card number I used to purchase the tickets but not to include the expiration date. , enclose the tickets and send them to:

WDW TIcketing
200 Celebration Pl
8th Floor
Celebration, FL 34747

I sent them certified although they didn't think it was necessary.

It took a couple of weeks but I got the new tickets, no problems!

While I'm glad to see that they were able to help you, please remember that it is done on a case by case situation. Disney is under no obligation to do this for anyone. The tickets are sold as "non transferable / non refundable".

Disney is usually good at making the guest feel good, so I'm almost positive that they'll help. Please give them a call first before you send them back to them. I'm sure they want to have notes about your situation. Meaning, that someone talked to you and said it was ok for you to do this. I'd hate for you to be dissapoionted.
 
We had to change our dates for the MVMCP last year and did the same thing that pershing did. True it is on a case by case bases, but it does not hurt to try. Good Luck!!! Most of the time they will make the change

I changed our MVMCP tickets 2 years ago. We had to move our vacation to a later date and I called and explained to them that we had to push back our vacation a few days.

I just had to mail them back the tickets along with the reason I wanted to exchange them and the new dates. They were mailed back to me.

I think the whole process took about 3 weeks, so you will want to do it quickly if you can.
