I got a refund from Undercover Tourist on 6/30 for 8/21 (and my tickets were electronic, specifically billed as nonrefundable).

Did you reach out to UT first, or were you automatically refunded?

We received our refund from Disney 4 days ago.

I paid 125 on disney gift card, and 338 on my disney chase credit card. i got the digital gift card for 125, but still have not got the 338 back to my credit card.

So, I decided to call to follow up on my refund....after several different CMs, we were able to determine that my refund "fell thru the cracks"....so they put a rush on getting my refund, and I should have it in a few days.

The CM did confirm that they are processing them based on the date of your original party date. I had mine for Halloween night.

Anyway, it might be prudent to follow up by phone if you haven't gotten it yet, and you think that you should have received it by now. Also, it helps if you have the Confirmation Number, or the Magic Band numbers that the tickets were tied to originally.

I finally got my refund on Thursday for the 8/18 date.

I finally got my refund over the weekend for my 8/29 party date. Did not call to follow up or anything, so they must still be working through some of them organically.

Mine may have been a little weird because I had originally booked a June Villains party then switched to Not So Scary.
